Quick start

Clone, then

pip install -U pip pip-tools
pip-sync requirements.txt requirements-dev.txt
pre-commit install --install-hooks
inv test
./src/manage.py migrate
./src/manage.py loaddata initial_data
./src/manage.py createsuperuser
